**The Opportunity**
- Organise, stocktake, and order office supplies including kitchen, hygiene, and print room items; maintain meeting rooms and communal spaces to a high standard.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, maintain mailroom equipment, and manage parcel distribution and notifications.
- Conduct daily office checks, assist with event setups, signage updates, and basement runs for equipment and supplies.
- Perform quality checks on print jobs, maintain printer supplies, and liaise with vendors for maintenance and restocking.
- Process invoices, prepare welcome packs, support front-of-house roles, and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks including document collation and catering requests.
**Is this role right for you?**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role; reception experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical environments.
- Ability to remain motivated and collaborative under pressure.
- Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
