We are a leading global beverage manufacturer known for an iconic range of drinks including V Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee. We are opening a brand-new World Class facility in Swanbank, Ipswich to produce our new multi-beverage portfolio of drinks. We are now looking to employ our Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) across the below specialist roles:

- Glass & Can Filler Specialists
- Labeller Specialists
- Glass & Can Packaging Specialists
- De-Palletiser & Palletiser Specialists

We are after the best of the best, these positions will be key foundational members of our inaugural team, that directly enable our Manufacturing capability into the future.

You will be utilising brand-new world-class equipment, in a state of the art, industry 4.0 Greenfield facility. You will be deeply involved in building our manufacturing capability, participating in equipment installation, commissioning, learning from the OEM’s and developing our manufacturing processes from scratch.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Craft beverages to delight our consumers.
- Utilise various high-speed Automated Packaging Equipment to execute our daily / weekly / monthly targets in accordance with our Manufacturing Plan, including all deliverables and improvement initiatives to target KPI’s.
- Actively participate in the care and Maintenance of our brand-new facility & equipment, through conducting Autonomous Maintenance and assisting Engineering with all broader Asset Care requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement activities on the Manufacturing lines.

**Are you up for it?**

To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:

- Extensive FMCG beverage manufacturing experience
- Lean manufacturing industry experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High Process Acumen, Strong Aptitude Mech / Elec / Automation
- Great computer IS literacy / capability - ERP & Scada experience
- Outcome focused with a strong Positive Can-do Attitude
- Excellent Learning agility
- Trade Certificate - Electrical/Mechanical or relevant qualification (desirable)
