**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Assistant role is responsible for assisting in delivering the successful implementation of marketing projects. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, oversee the successful and timely completion of all sales and marketing tactics. Projects include but are not limited to: executing print and digital advertising campaigns, updating two key brochures per year including proofing, printing and distribution. Public relations in keeping the Collette brand alive in the trade media. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing Assistant and Head of Sales to assist Collette in achieving the company sales and marketing vision and targets. **Primary Functions**:

- Provide invaluable support to the marketing manager by assisting with daily marketing tasks and operations.
- Execute print and digital advertising campaigns with several media partners. This requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management and relationship building.
- Coordinate and execute diverse marketing activities, encompassing management of Collette travel agent social media platform, brochure production twice per year, editing and proofreading of all marketing materials that come from Head Office in the USA through an Adobe Workfront platform.
- Supply content and images regularly to trade media partners.
- Support the sales teams with essential marketing materials (image requests, PowerPoint presentations, editorial, flyers, social tiles, digital banners, webinars etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders both in Australia and USA head office (some early morning meetings are required).
- Organise events from consumer to travel agent expos large and small. Help coordinate POS stands, research venues in different states, create invites, collateral needed, create presentations, audiovisual and collateral needed.
- Admin support such as regular marketing and sales invoice payments.
- Track and report on marketing spend and campaigns.
- Interstate travel may be required.
- Demonstrated experience with qualifications and/or an equivalent level of expertise.
- Understanding of the travel industry will be highly regarded.
- Minimum five years of marketing experience.
- Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on time (or ahead of schedule).
- A good sense of humour, a calm demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a small team and be equally effective working independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and ability to learn new systems.
- Understanding of the travel industry would be highly regarded.
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
