We are recruiting a Manager, CTP Strategy, Programs and Innovation role, reporting to a National Manager, Injury Management and Programs where the purpose of the role is to drive and coordinate the delivery of innovation programs and transformation projects that will help support our Long Tail claims and Personal Injury division; You’ll also manage a team of 2-4 people.

**Responsibilities in the role**:

- Develop, lead, and execute projects and initiatives to maximise social, health and commercial outcomes, achieve outperformance, and gain access to the NSW Scheme Innovation Bonus
- Develop, lead, and execute SIRA innovation submissions and any appropriate response or reply to deliver interim and final NSW scheme Innovation Bonus approval.
- Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team with the aim of improving negotiation, customer service and technical skills, ensuring that tasks, accountabilities, and development opportunities are apportioned equitably, creating a focused, capable, and engaged team.
- Drive project success through collaborative leadership of stakeholder engagement and commitment to deliverables within the scope of agreed time frames.
- Act as escalation point by assisting in resolving complex queries or complaints beyond the skills, knowledge, or authority of team members, identifying root causes, as applicable, and participate in the process of recommending and implementing nationally approved improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure procedures are compliant with AAL, the Code of Practice and other regulatory standards, and are followed correctly and service standards achieved.
- Drive consistent delivery of Allianz customer centric culture across Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing within the Long Tail Claims business, in line with the Allianz Customer Experience Principles and strategic Scheme imperatives.
- Lead and contribute to collaboration and knowledge sharing opportunities cross-divisionally within PI to support leveraging of experiences, resources and initiatives which support the business' vision and strategic direction

**Important to your success**:

- You’ll have a strong background in Personal Injury insurance, including NSW CTP scheme. Highly desired is an understanding of motor accident guidelines innovation support.
- You’ll have prior experience as a Team Manager or similar leadership role where you’ve built high performing teams,
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering strategic innovation projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes
- Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and then taking responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken.
- Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategy development and can work with multiple teams and divisions to align department strategy with organisational vision, translating vision to action to achieve desired results.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries and third-party service providers.
- Ability to interpret complex information and respond by developing appropriate actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of presentation skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence
