The role of the Learning and Development Advisor is to coordinate the development and delivery of the LHA Capability Development Plan and to work as a member of the People and Culture (P&C) team to oversee coordination of the LHA annual Performance Development Program (PDP).

The Victorian Government established Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 _(Vic) (Act).

**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, the Learning and Development Advisor is a vital member of the People and Culture (P&C) Team and is responsible for the development and training of talented staff to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and engaging workplace culture.

The role of the Learning and Development Advisor is to coordinate the development and delivery of the LHA Capability Development Plan and to work as a member of the P&C team to oversee coordination of the LHA annual Performance Development Program (PDP).

A key responsibility of this role will be to coordinate the development, facilitation and delivery of e-learning and classroom-based training programs and materials, support tools and other development initiatives.

This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
