**The Role**
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery of strategic road map initiatives and testing programs to meet their future business objectives using Agile practices, scrum methodology and Dev Ops philosophy.
**Experience**
- Minimum 7 years of relevant ICT and business work experience, with extensive experience leading the delivery of complex digital platforms and integrations across design, architecture, development, and testing.
- Proven end-to-end technical delivery and platforms architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing offshore vendor relationships, ensuring effective collaboration, and maximising performance in a global delivery model.
- Extensive knowledge and experience delivering various technologies, including enterprise CMS (Sitecore preferable), Salesforce CRM, IDAM, API and integrations (Azure preferable), GA360, complex data models, test platforms, cloud platforms.
- Experience managing programs and projects in an Agile environment and hands on use of SCRUM methodology.
- Experience using tools: Jira, Confluence, zephyr, Gantt.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts and usages of APIs, ESBs
- Document and diagram creation and maintenance.
