**About the Role**

As the Client Service Manager at Mudbath your focus is on Strategic Consulting, Solution Selling and Relationship Management to maintain and grow relationships with our key clients.

What would make you successful:

- Demonstrated Relationship and/or Account Management experience in a digital agency or similar industry in addition to driven Business Development for existing and new business
- Manage client relationships including networking and leading engagements to identify and grow new opportunities
- Work with project team leads to ensure quality strategy and products are the end result
- Analyse client requests and requirements to produce workable solutions in a consultative approach when offering new & existing product opportunities
- Consult with clients on digital products and roadmaps to provide technical support to customers in pre sales and post sales environment
- Project manage the onboarding of new clients and attend to client enquiries
- Assist in planning of ideas, timelines and progress to ensure accurate information is delivered back to the client throughout the project
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, built on trust and reliability
- Represent the voice of the client with internal stakeholders by provide rolling client feedback to help continually improve our services
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders with sound communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients across different industries and technologies including networking and sales
- Assist with high priority requests and issue escalation as needed.
- Experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager or Product background is highly desirable.

- Willingness to learn and continuously grow product knowledge across the technologies and systems we work with.
- Ability to communicate clearly and impactfully with internal and external stakeholders across projects to understand technical needs and solutions.
- Drive personal continuous improvement and update job knowledge by studying state of the art tools, programming techniques and equipment.
