**About the Client**:
A community-based organisation that values its members through their banking services. They take corporate social responsibilities seriously, and it is something they are very proud of. This includes tailoring products and services to assist in the financial education and growth of the youth and young adult sector.

**Duties of the role**:

- Foster long-term relationships with members by matching their needs with suitable credit union products or services available
- Provide timely and accurate processing of member cashiering transactions
- You will undertake all general administrative and adhoc duties
- You will work as a 'float' teller between 3 branches, all in close proximity

**What you will have**:

- Previous demonstrated experience in a financial institution/banking customer facing roles
- Tier 2 Accreditation in Banking & Finance essential
- Experience using Ultradata is desirable
- A confident and professional attitude in working towards monthly sales targets
- **the ability to be able to start immediately in both**_ Penrith and Rouse Hill branches_** - no notice periods please**
