We are looking for a dedicated Home Loan Officer to join a growing team in Garden Island working alongside the GM, Mobile Banker, and Teller.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY has partnered with a highly respected Bank that operates nationally. We are looking for an experienced Home Loan Officer to be part of a high-performing team that focuses on serving its members and delivering outstanding results. If you are passionate about helping people, building relationships, utilising your home lending knowledge, and meeting targets, you will enjoy this position.

**Key Duties**:

- You will contribute to the growth of the branch by proactively identifying members needs and offering suitable solutions
- You will provide an excellent service predominately focusing on home lending products
- You will also be promoting and selling new memberships, deposits, travel products, and general insurance
- You will take a proactive approach and attracting new members, retaining/growing existing ones through direct sales of home loans and personal loan products from referrals
- You will nurture your existing members by providing ongoing relationship management and support
- You will support the branch teller during peak periods

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Home Lending experience - essential
- Proven experience maintaining and growing relationships
- A passion for doing the right thing by the customer and finding new and innovative ways to engage them
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong computer, analytical, literacy, and conversational skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and procedures
