Our Concreters are responsible for the final finish of our kerb and channel product. This role supports our Foreman and oversees one labourer.

**You will have**:

- A Cert 3 in Concreting or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
- An excellent understanding of WHS and set a good example of following good practices.
- Experience leading general and skilled labourers.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Follow setup procedure to assist installing steel pegs and string line at the correct distance and height.
- Ensure all tools are well maintained and job site is organised.
- Run profile tools, and cut and finish expansion joints.
- Install and finish kerb adapters, driveway and pram ramp cut-outs.
- Ensure all work has been fully completed and to a high standard.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and policies.

Starting pay is $36.71p/h and is dependent on experience. We will review wages and benefits after your first 3 months. Our work hours are between 7am-4pm and location is on the Sunshine Coast. It is preferred that you live within 50km of Caloundra.

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
