**Personal Assistant**:

Our new client’s are in the Electrical services industry and due to their great service delivery and reputation they are growing and a fabuous new role has evolved for a Personal Assistant. They are always looking for better ways to do things, complete their work to an excellent level and care a lot about their customers

**_ The Role_**

As this is a newly created role, it will change and grow with you.

Daily tasks will include:

- Triage enquiries, follow up and quotes
- Managing job progress and follow up
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- General Admin duties
- Data Entry into CRM
- Keeping stock levels up to date
- Managing workers time sheets

**_Key Skills_**
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with Intermediate Excel skills
- Problem solver
- Exposure to Xero, Service Mate, Deputy and/or Electrical or trade industry would be advantageous
- High ability to communicate effectively
- Flexible
- Positive, fun filled attitude with a sense of humour

You should also be able to work alone 50% of the time when the teams are out and about.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
