Our client, a large membership-based organisation located in Melbourne’s CBD, is seeking an experienced Accreditation Assessment Officer to join their Education team. Reporting to the Coordinator Accreditation Standards and Operations, this newly created position is responsible for providing administration support and advice for the accreditation processes, including support of the Accreditation Committee.

**Your new role**:

- Provide administration and support for the accreditation activities for an allocated group of training programs, Formal Education Courses (FECs) and Certificates of Advanced Training
- Coordination of domestic and overseas travel arrangements, catering and AV requirements
- Drafting of high-quality reports for the review and approval of accreditation panels
- Collection, analysis, and distribution of documentation required to support the accreditation processes for programs and FECs
- Administration and analysis of stakeholder surveys and datasets
- Development of accreditation visit timetables, including the facilitation of pre-visit meetings
- Initiate and support online meetings including technical and administrative setup, sharing of documents, oversight and management of breakout rooms, and online chat functions
- Prepare and oversee the mid-cycle review process
- Assist with the development and review of policies and standard operating procedures to ensure delivery of quality improvement
- Support the planning and coordination of the Accreditation Committee, any subcommittees or working groups, minute taking and assisting with implementation and completion of action items

**You will ideally have**:

- Qualifications and / or experience in business administration or education, with exposure to a post-graduate education or accreditation environment
- Sound understanding and / or experience in the accreditation of educational programs
- Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and prepare written reports using concise and accurate language within tight time frames
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office programs including Excel
- Sound understanding of databases and the ability to analyse data sets
- Demonstrated experience with online meeting systems - setup of meetings, management of online chat functions, breakout rooms, recording, and sharing of documents
- Experience in the development and analysis of surveys using Survey Monkey
