This highly successful technology company is looking for a motivated and dedicated Accounts Officer who is seeking to gain further experience and develop their career. Due to massive growth in their business, they are looking for a proactive Accounts Officer to join their fantastic team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a broad and varied range of responsibilities including:
- Manage vendor onboarding, set up and verification process
- Review and enter supplier invoices accurately
- Manage the Payables inbox to ensure invoices are entered and paid on time
- Manage employees expense reimbursement process.
- Process weekly supplier payment run to agreed terms.
- Maintain the invoicing system and customer master data.
- Perform customer account reconciliations.
- Follow up aged receivables and remittance management.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will be degree qualified, have recently commenced your CA/CPA studies and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will also be task focused, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a strong problem solver. The ability to multi-task, take initiative and self-motivate is also required to be successful.
