**AR Officer - Education - North Shore**
**Company Background**
Our client is an established and well-known Education organisation with a closely knit and friendly office environment. If you have had enough of big corporates who focus only on the bottom line, then this is an organisation you will feel proud to work for and contribute to.
As a result of continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to their team.
**The Role**
This AR Officer role is a full-time temporary position for a minimum of 6 months. It is full function where you will work in an Accounts Receivable Team, encompassing (but not limited to) the following:
- Allocations
- Receipting
- Bank and debtors account reconciliations
- Setting up direct debits
- Producing monthly invoice statements
**Your Background**
As the ideal applicant for this AR Officer role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or Finance Officer position
- Not for Profit or Education industry experience is highly advantageous
- Experienced with Engage or other ERP systems
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills to deal with various stakeholders
Individuals on a Working Holiday Visa with Accounts Receivable experience are encouraged to apply.
