**Network Team Lead**

This organization is seeking an experienced Network Team Leader to manage a team of 5 engineers and coordinate day to day assigned Incidents and Requests. It is a permanent opportunity and offers hybrid working arrangements (3 days from office and 2 days from home). You will report to the Director of ICT.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the allocation of ITSM Requests and Incidents for day to day BAU
- Allocate resources and ensure that project deliverables and timelines are agreed and achieved
- Provide technical and operational oversite for data centres
- Ensure that network and ICT security technologies and systems are implemented and supported
- Accountable for ICT Services Disaster Recovery Planning and associated emergency procedures
- Recruit, develop and retain staff

**Required**
- Broad technical knowledge and experience, in both hardware and software, of enterprise networks, datacenters, ICT Infrastructures systems, AV Infrastructure, ICT Security and associated systems and architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to a team
- Demonstrated knowledge of the ITIL service management framework
- Ability to prioritise workloads assigning resources to projects and delivering ICT technical project work packages based on agreed timelines
- Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation and influencing skills
