Sales Associate

Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Starrpartners Bella Vista.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the right products and answer their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized and stocked.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and assisting with stock counts.
- Help with visual merchandising to maintain the store’s appearance and presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A keen interest in retail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $50,000.00 per year
