**THE TEAM**:
The P&C Commercial Partnering team is a high performing team with a mission to enable great leadership in our business through elegant P&C experiences.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture - Commercial, you will partner with State Leaders to deliver strong outcomes against the priorities of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners people plan and commercial big bets.

**Key deliverables for this role are**
- Providing thought leadership and coaching to leaders on Talent & succession planning; performance management; industrial relations; employee relations; reward; organisational change; capability development; culture & engagement and diversity & inclusion strategies
- Support the negotiation the Commercial Richlands Enterprise agreement
- Supporting leaders to increase retention (critical big bet)
- Employee relations case management for non-frontline roles (Team Leader and above in the state)
- Coaching mid and frontline leaders to enable strong business performance

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate**
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
- Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholder and implementing a strategy
- Experience, willingness to negotiate Enterprise Agreement (supported by WPR)
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills
- the ability to translate business challenges into commercial solutions
- the ability to collaborate closely with People & Culture and business stakeholders
