- 3728288One of the best agencies in town is ready for a super talented Associate Design Director with advertising agency/design studio experience to work with them on a 12-month contract. As a modern Designer who has grown up with the internet and all the wonderful tools that go with it, you’ll be ready for your next challenge in this progressive and highly awarded agency.
You love creativity and the opportunities new technologies and thinking provides. You thrive on change and a fast-paced environment that keeps things interesting, and you are constantly thinking and inspiring people around you. Every new challenge will excite you as you’ll be designing across a wide breadth of work, from brand identities, campaigns and digital experiences to products and services at scale. You will have experience leading and mentoring a team across projects and workshops, and have confidence presenting both internally and to clients.
We are looking for a team player, a passionate, kind and thoughtful person, and someone with a sense of fun and a curious mind. With 10+ years’ experience, it will be all about the big picture as well as the finer detail. You are resourceful, proactive and love pushing boundaries, sharing ideas, learning from and guiding others, all with a clear understanding and confidence to see the difference between good design and great design. You’ll also be working collaboratively with other creatives, strategists, data, UX, tech in the business, to bring exciting creative solutions to the table.
