**About The Role**

We launched Cruises in Australia less than 12 months ago and have already seen the product grow to contribute tens of millions of dollars of sales in 2023. Having seen rapid growth in Australia, we’re seeking an experienced product manager to help us scale cruises in Australia while also launching our cruises globally.

We have a talented team of engineers, designers and commercial leaders ready to take the product to the next level, we’re now seeking a strong product manager to help guide the next phase of growth.

As the Senior Product Manager for the cruises team, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing one of the fastest growing products in Luxury Escapes. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.

**Role Specifics**
- Sell in AU and NZ (launching in more markets is definitely on the cards)
- Work with technology partners and all major Cruiselines to build out a best in class cruise product
- One of the business' fastest growing products, properly launched in early 2023 and an important part of LuxPlus

**What You'll Do**
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Continually identify opportunities to enhance the cruises customer experience.
- Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.

**Your background**
- Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high growth business.
- Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about building products that customers love.
- Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
