**Client Profile**

Our client a progressive Melbourne based hospitality group. They operate a portfolio of venues across Melbourne and deliver exceptional experiences through their commitment to quality product and high levels of service.

A rare opportunity has been created for a strong, people focused Assistant General Manager to drive the evolution of this venue and the product on offer.

As the Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for the day to day execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue. You will work with the General Manager and the senior team to deliver unparalleled service with flair and personality. You will ensure that all financial and non-financial targets are met as you work to drive revenue and profitability through a hands-on approach and strong leadership. You will also actively work with the team to manage labour, COG's and other operational expenses.

To be considered for this role you will have;
- Experience as Venue Manager or Assistant General Manager in a large format, premium food and beverage driven venue
- Exceptional management skills with clear leadership capabilities
- The ability to cultivate a high-performance culture and develop current and future leaders
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analytic skills
- A proven track record working in a leading service environment

**Offer**

This role is offering a competitive remuneration package of $85,000 plus super.
