The Role

Supporting a wonderful Partner and a team in the Dispute Resolution practice, your duties will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Travel coordination (domestic and international)
  • Monthly billing, expenses and reporting
  • Opening/closing matters, filing (electronic and hard copy)
  • General administrative support

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Legal Secretary
  • Strong billing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and apply sound judgment
