A rare opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join a boutique firm based in Canberra CBD.

This reputable law firm based in Canberra CBD. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join their close-knit conveyancing team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Property Lawyer including:

- Document preparation and correspondence
- Preparing briefs
- File management
- Dictation
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- General administrative tasks to support the property team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you have will:

- Previous and current experience as a legal secretary - property and conveyancing experience essential
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic with the willingness to go above and beyond
- The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
