**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead & Mentor - Guide and develop a team of talented software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive Project Success - Oversee timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate client needs into effective technical solutions.
- Maintain Code Excellence - Review code, provide constructive feedback, and support performance evaluations to continuously elevate team output.
- Stay Ahead of Trends - Keep up with NetSuite developments and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Engage with Clients - Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring our solutions align with customer expectations and business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive software development experience and 5+ years in a leadership role.
- NetSuite Expertise - Deep knowledge of NetSuite architecture, development tools, and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional Communicator - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Project Leadership - Experience managing project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful, high-impact deliveries.
- Fintech Experience - Proven track record in software development and project execution within the financial technology sector.
