**About the Role**
We’re looking for **NDIS Support Workers** who show up with empathy, initiative, and a professional attitude. Your job?
To **increase empowerment and deliver peace of mind**—day in, day out.
You’ll work alongside Client Managers and support networks to help participants smash their personal goals, while building real rapport and trust.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing day-to-day support that fosters independence
- Helping clients achieve meaningful personal goals
- Communicating regularly with the client’s care team
- Keeping accurate progress notes
- Being an active, reliable, and positive presence in their life

**Must-Have Experience & Compliance**
- Minimum **6-12 months experience** as a Support Worker
- **Cert III** or studying in a relevant allied health field (desirable)
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Working With Children Check**:

- **First Aid & CPR Certificate**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate** (or willing to obtain)
- **Medication Administration Certificate** (or willing to obtain)
- **Driver’s Licence & your own insured vehicle**:

- **National Police Check** (within 3 years)
