**You'll be responsible for**
- Using your commercial and research expertise to deliver insights reports that enable us to make talent decisions based on external benchmark and competitor data.
- Provide support to Talent Development with: Talent Review preparation and delivery; Development Centre co-ordination and scheduling; and Talent Management reporting.
- Connect with our internal leadership talent to embed engagement strategies, enhance our networks to attract talent and encourage brand ambassadorship that will amplify our brand in market
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team, HR and business leaders to understand future talent needs and align our talent sourcing strategies to deliver

**About you**
- Demonstrated extensive experience in talent and business research and sourcing using the latest tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, intranet sourcing channels and plugins to understand market trends and competitor talent insights to source specific talent in the market.
- Exposure to the use of talent assessment and selection methodology including psychometric tools to make effective selection decisions
- Experience using insights through leveraging data to support critical talent decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise work effectively and balance complex and varied range of projects and assignments
- Ideally, you have experience within a multi-national organisation, able to navigate the complexity of large corporate matrix structures
