Good choice home and disability is looking for a Personal **Care Assistants / Support Worke**r to join the passionate care team for **disability clients located in Melbourne western and Northern suburbs. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. As a company we offer wide range of services, training to develop your skills (Fresher welcome training will be provided).**

**To be successful in this role you will have**
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s licence and a reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Current National Police Check
- Covid 19 vaccination certificate minimum 3 dose
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- NDIS screening check
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work co-operatively within a team and independently
