As a member of our client relations, front desk team, you will be the first point of contact many in our community will have when seeking support during some of the most difficult times in their lives. The Talbot Centre is a multi-award-winning, premier healthcare service in Northwest Sydney. Due to organisational growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate team member to join our client relationship team as a triage officer.

**Client Relations Team Member Responsibilities**:
- Be the welcoming face of our service, creating a warm and supportive first point of contact for clients.
- Ensure every client feels valued and at ease by providing a seamless front desk experience.
- Support client engagement in treatment by managing appointments, processing payments, and handling rebates with care and efficiency.
- Assist with administrative tasks that enhance the client journey and access to care.
- There is no dictation typing involved in this role.
**The Role - Key Details**
Position: Full-time or part-time permanent (minimum 3-4 days per week).
Start Date: Immediate start available or a mutually agreeable date.
Location: Onsite at our offices in Bella Vista.
Hours: Our opening hours are from 7.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday (and on Saturdays). This role will be weekdays morning shifts, afternoon shifts or a mix of both (there is flexibility for the right applicant).
Availability: For part time applicants, availability on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is essential.
We are looking for someone with the right skills and attitude who will be an excellent fit for our team culture. Full training for the role is provided.
