**About the Role
**Reporting to the Head of Pricing, your role is fundamental to the development and implementation of the Woolworths At Work Extended Range Pricing Strategy & Methodology. Together with the Pricing Manager, you build from scratch the pricing logic that drives our pricing methodology for all products and services not currently within the Woolworths Group Ecosystem, balancing customer value and profitability outcomes as the business significantly scales.

Critical to this is the accurate commercial modeling of pricing rules and logic coupled with actionable analysis that facilitates effective pricing decision-making. You will leverage your analytical strengths to provide valuable insights on a range of pricing initiatives across the business.

In this role, you will directly impact the Gross Profit and EBIT performance of the Woolworths At Work business. This is done through implementing the extended range pricing strategy and methodology which is a key strategic initiative for the Woolworths At Work business in F24 and beyond.

Working in an agile environment you will operate within a cross-functional team to deliver your collective OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) which ladder up to the business strategy.

**About You
With a passion for eCommerce & a balanced approach to sales, profit, and customer value, you will bring:

- At least 4 years experience in an analyst role within Pricing, Finance, or similar, preferably with experience within B2B, large retail or wholesale business environment
- Strong commercial & analytical skills, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of Pricing principles and demonstrated experience with building and implementing commercial models
- Evidence of delivering key initiatives within a large organisation, specifically influencing and collaborating with senior-level management
- Business / Finance-related qualifications
- Exceptional communication, planning & presentation skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, high attention to detail, improvement-oriented
- A self-starter who is able to work with ambiguity, finding creative ways of doing things.
- Ability to leverage Google Cloud Platform, SQL & TableAU preferred
