**Customer Experience Consultant - Casual**

We are currently looking for **Customer Service professionals **to join the Claims Support team based in **Wollongong.**

**Types of employment**:

- Temporary hires (hourly rate)
- Fixed Term Contracts
- Permanent

**The role**:
Due to the recent floods, we are seeking interest from resilient, empathetic and motivated people wanting to help the affected people and families in their time of need.

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers and clients at all stages of a claim. You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues and have the customer and client at the centre of everything you do whilst achieving cost-effective and timely outcomes.
