**About our opportunity**:
We are seeking experienced **Data Centre Supervisor** to join our Sydney team
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of site resources of labour and equipment.
- Compliance with all HSEQ requirements and policies.
- Co-ordination of day-to-day site activities including maintenance and submission of site documentation in accordance with the Alliance SI QA system.
- Manage the client’s expectations and concerns and build relationships with the client.
- Train & develop junior staff and new Technicians.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Actively contributing your technical experience within a team of professional, skilled, installation technicians and apprentices.
- Plan and forecast deliveries, purchasing, labour requirements.
- Track and forecast hours against the quoted hours and monitor job costs.

- A high level of computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel;
- Minimum 7 years of industry experience (Electrical and/or Telecommunications)
- Electrical and/or telecommunications experience within a Data Centre environment is highly preferable.
- A current Electrical Licence; and/or ACMA Licence with endorsements of Structured cabling and Fibre Optics.
- Have a proactive attitude along with problem solving skills.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be eligible to obtain baseline/NV1 security clearance.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
