ServiceStream is seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of NBN ODM Construction projects, lead field teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery across our network builds.

Field Supervisor – ODM | Telecommunications | ServiceStream
Location: Sydney, New South Wales
Reports to: Regional Delivery Manager
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Business Unit: Telecommunications – ODM (On-Demand Module)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate field staff and subcontractors across multiple NBN projects.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to support detailed design and construction.
- Manage construction schedules to meet key delivery milestones.
- Ensure compliance with NBN Design Standards, OH&S policies, and quality benchmarks.
- Liaise with clients, public authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Drive contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Support training, onboarding, and compliance management for subcontractors
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in external plant network construction.
- Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and large-scale project portfolios.
- Hands-on experience with HFC, FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, FTTB technologies.
- Strong background in civil construction, cable hauling, and NBN network delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel and contract management.
- Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
