**Your new role**
Hays Canberra are working with this well-respected Facilities Management group, seeking to hire somebody with a Carpentry and Joinery qualification to join the Facilities Management team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The focus of this role will be general maintenance and handyperson duties throughout a variety of shopping centres and supermarkets within the ACT region. This is a self-managed role with flexible working arrangements. Working from Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for taking ownership of your daily duties, ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely fashion and to an extremely high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is well-organised and seeking more freedom throughout their working days.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (ESSENTIAL)
- Driver’s License
- White Card
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent Personal Presentation
- Ability to communicative effectively with a variety of stakeholders
