The capital’s calling, are you answering?- About the role- The Handy Person will assist the Maintenance Manager in providing an effective maintenance service to all departments in the Hotel. This is in conjunction with follow-through of the hotel Work Request management system myBuildings.- YOUR RESPONSIBILITES //- Ongoing maintenance of guest rooms and public areas - including painting, grouting and silicon.
- Maintain and clean air-conditioning units in guest rooms and public areas.
- To assist in providing an effective maintenance service to all departments. This includes hands-on work as well as organising contractors (when applicable)
- In conjunction with the above, ensure all Work Requests (internal and allocated to contractors) are raised via myBuildings and procedures are followed
