We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team at Minor Hotels in our vibrant Brisbane CBD Office.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Advising and supporting hiring managers across multiple properties, providing strategic recruitment counsel tailored to specific needs and roles
- Crafting and posting compelling job advertisements to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with brand and role requirements
- Offering expert guidance on salary and employment conditions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organisational policies
- Conducting thorough reference checks and assessments to ensure the best fit for the organisation’s needs
- Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to refine recruitment strategies, providing insight into market trends, talent pools, and recruitment best practices
- Maintaining and optimising the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and real-time reporting capabilities

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in either agency or internal recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, attraction methods, and market trends, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders on effective talent acquisition strategies
- Strong planning and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and adapting to evolving business needs
- The ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment
- A qualification in Human Resources or relevant field _(preferred but not essential)_
