**About this Role**:
As the **Talent Acquisition Sourcing Advisor **, you will be an integral part of our ANZ Talent Acquisition Team to support our TA Business Partners in undertaking sourcing activities to support the recruitment process. We operate in a project delivery-based environment that can be dynamic and agile, so having a hunter, inquisitive mindset, where you can adapt your sourcing practices to ensure we are one step ahead, will help you succeed. This is a dynamic and fast paced role where you will thrive in supporting a team to help them deliver in a technical and niche environment.
- Ideally, this role will be in Adelaide or Brisbane, other states considered for the right applicant. _
**Your responsibilities should include but not be limited to**:
- Anticipate and deliver talent sourcing solutions to a variety of TABP’s portfolio requirements.
- Working with TABP’s to deliver both active and passive sourcing strategies and building effective talent pools.
- Provide research and competitive intelligence to inform talent pools for critical role types.
- Using social media platforms to promote employment brand messaging to drive traffic to open roles.
- Conducting research on areas such as salary benchmarking and competitor analysis.
- Provide onboarding support as required - includes survey’s, creating tasks and implementing activities.
- Attaining a high level of understanding of Nova’s business, culture, and programs we work within.
**What we would like from you**:
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance.
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Previous experience working within a talent acquisition team.
- A min qualification (Cert 4) in a HR related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiar understanding of Fair Work Australia and the Australian Privacy Act.
- Have a genuine interest in the recruitment industry and providing an excellent standard of service to your stakeholders.
- Be a pro-active self-starter who thrives on hunting and driving talent outcomes, but not at the expense of the human element.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Hold a high attention to detail with the ability to follow and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Understand social media and the role it plays within networking.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Previous experience working in a similar Defence or consulting environment - (Desirable).
- Experience working in Technical Recruiting - Engineering or Technical disciplines - (Desirable).
