Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking a **Systems Analyst** to join our Munro Footwear Group (MFG)Tech team. In your new role, you will be supporting and delivering technology solutions across the business.

**About the role**
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise business and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes and deliver effective system solutions
- Support solution design, documentation and implementation to meet project and business goals
- Coordinate system configuration changes with internal and external teams
- Assist with integration mapping, testing, and service transition for new and enhanced systems
- Provide level 3 support and contribute to resolving complex system-related issues
- Advise project teams on system capabilities, limitations and workload estimations

**About you**
- Prior experience as a Functional and/or System Analyst in technology projects such as new POS, ERP or WMS implementations
- Supply Chain, Logistics and EDI exposure - Highly regarded
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A solutions-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
