**Your Impact**

As the Quality Lead at our Tullamarine site, Responsible for managing the introduction of new products and product changes delivering successful implementation and handover as part of a Project team at Tullamarine site.

**Note** - This is a 12-month fixed term contract

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage quality & product value optimization projects
- NPD liaison between site functions, Central Quality, S&T & National Engineering
- Develop & execute Quality commissioning/validation procedures
- Corrective & preventative action management to ensure successful deployment of project deliverables
- Scoping & Delivery of all Project Barnum Quality & Food Safety based System requirements
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a quality culture

**About You**
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of GFSI standards and HACCP principles
- Knowledge of business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prior quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with all levels of the organisation
- Well-developed project management execution
