This successful and growing Brokerage has an excellent new opportunity for a Broker Assistant or Trainee/Junior Broker to join their friendly and supportive team.

You will be tasked with providing admin support and assistance to the Senior Broking Team and gain exposure to a wide variety of different clients and risks.

**About the Role**:
You will enjoy a varied role supporting a small team of brokers with a variety of Domestic and Commercial clients across a broad range of industries. This will include but is not limited to:

- Assist with the processing of new business, renewals and endorsements
- Answer client queries relating to domestic and small business insurance policies
- Provide high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers
- Preparation of policy documentation
- Assist with claims and other ad-hoc tasks as required

**About You**:
You will have at least of 12-months insurance experience and be looking to build a long-term career in the industry. You will also demonstrate the following:

- Client-orientated with a genuine desire to support customers and colleagues
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive environment
- Process-oriented, organised and structured with good attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
