**About the Role**:
This role is best suited to a creative PR specialist with experience in the finance and investment sector, you will have extensive knowledge and ideas in PR strategy and implementation, and you will work closely with the Marketing team to deliver on KPIs. We are looking for someone who has the ability to think outside the box.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy for the investment firm.
- Maintain our core message across media and assist in keeping consistency across broadcast
- Work with the marketing team to create creative and newsworthy angles to build our reputation with media, corporate, and consumer audiences.
- Support our founder with speaking points and upkeep a schedule of interviews and speaking engagements.
- Monitor the news agenda and manage any opportunities on offer.
- Develop newsworthy content and articles for publications, LinkedIn and other media.
- Create and develop press releases for media output.
- Support reactive media enquiries and opportunities, including developing responses to enquiries with rapid response.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the media, focusing on innovation,technology and esports sectors.
- Manage agency partners when required, amplifying the PAC Capital message.

**Qualifications**
- Confidence to provide strategy and new ideas to the team.
- Hunger for innovative and creative news opportunities that build our reputation and deliver tangible results.
- Good communication skills, forward planning and ability to brainstorm and workshop new ideas and strategies
- Exceptional writing and editorial storytelling skills and high attention to detail across diverse media verticals
- Able to work independently as well as part of our team, you must be reliable and able to give and take briefs as they arise
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Able to write and evaluate reports.
- Committed to being open, honest and a clear communicator.
- A degree in PR, Journalism, or Communications is ideal
