This role is accountable for delivering revenue targets, boosting profitability, and growing market share through standout products and strong partnerships. You'll lead go-to-market strategies, secure high-performing supply deals, and focus on accelerating sales, improving conversion, and deepening customer engagement. Success hinges on close collaboration with marketing, partnerships, product, tech, and ops to maximise outcomes. **In the role you will**: - Own and deliver the commercial and sales performance of the Cruise vertical - Develop and execute growth strategies to boost cruise sales and revenue - Build strong relationships with cruise partners to secure exclusive, high-performing offers - Identify, negotiate, and execute flash deals to support major campaign moments - Lead pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to maximise conversion and profit - Use sales data and customer insights to spot trends and drive improvements - Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that drive traffic and bookings - Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance the booking experience - Monitor competitors and market shifts to inform strategic decisions - Drive process improvements that streamline operations and boost efficiency - Present regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership **What we are looking for**: - Proven commercial leadership in driving revenue, margin, and team performance within a sales-focused, target-driven environment - Strategic sales planning expertise with a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and day-to-day trading success - Strong cruise industry relationships and the ability to secure exclusive deals, overrides, and marketing contributions from partners - Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned to commercial goals and KPIs - Skilled in identifying and executing flash deals and market gaps to drive customer engagement and campaign momentum - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, track performance, and present insights to executive leadership - Cross-functional collaboration experience, working across marketing, tech, product, and operations to deliver seamless execution - Commercial and digital innovation awareness, with the ability to champion tech enhancements and booking experience improvements - Entrepreneurial approach to deal-making, consistently spotting and capitalising on new growth opportunities in a dynamic market **What's in it for you?** - Be a highly visible leader in the cruise space - First class health and well-being program including, EAP and vaccinations along with daily breakfast and catered lunch five days a week - Fun & dynamic working environment - Friday afternoon onsite gatherings (wine included) and monthly celebration & recognition programs. - Discounted travel, birthday leave and a whole lot more - At Luxury Escapes we embrace diversity in our people and make hiring decisions based on experiences and skills.
