Your strategic leadership will guide the Leadership Council in meeting its obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024, ensuring robust governance, continuous improvement, and a culture of safety, dignity, and Resident centred care. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing a high-performing team of Quality and Compliance Leads, Document Control Coordinator and Records and Information Specialist. - Leading governance and compliance activities including internal audits, National Quality Indicators, incident investigation and root cause analysis. - Overseeing the management of Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS) reporting. - Overseeing and managing the analysis and reporting of surveys, audits, and feedback. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability. - Maintaining readiness for audits, assessments, and external reviews by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission by monitoring and evaluating clinical and operational performance against the Strengthened Quality Standards. - Leading the implementation of National Aged Care reforms and contributing to policy development and reviews. - Overseeing provider registration, renewal processes, and compliance with Key Personnel obligations **Essential Criteria**: - Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health Management or Postgraduate qualifications in Quality, Risk, or Governance. - In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, Quality Standards, and clinical governance principles. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Demonstrated success in leading compliance, risk, and quality systems in a complex service environment. - Experience with digital quality management systems and data analytics. **About you**: You are a collaborative and experienced leader with proven leadership experience in quality and compliance within aged care or health services, supported by exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills.
