We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our People, Culture & Sustainability team based at our Fremantle office. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, this role will assist with administrative and operational support across all areas of the Human Resources function.

**Role Overview**:
The HR Coordinator will provide support to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, HR systems maintenance, and general employee enquiries, while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support hiring managers through the recruitment and induction process.
- Set up new starters in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and workforce data as required.
- Maintain employee Masterfile records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support hiring managers through the recruitment and induction process.
- Manage our Peer Recognition and Service Recognition Program end
- to -end.
**About you**:
- At least 12 months’ experience in HR administrative or similar role.
- Strong organisation and administrative skills.
- Service focused and ability to solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
