RSHQ is looking for a customer service focussed administrative officer who can achieve a balance between proactive education and advice, and the reactive enforcement of penalties for breaches and non-compliance. Reviewing, verifying, and analysing data submitted against legislation is also an important part of the role.The Fee Officer supports the Senior Fee Officer and the Fee Manager in providing review and verification of data submitted by industry against legislative requirements, to ensure accurate collection of the Mines and Explosives Safety and Health Fee (M&E Fee) and Petroleum and Gas Safety and Health Fee (P&G Fee).Experience in the use of a range of databases and financial systems (such as Lotus Notes, T1 Financials and Microsoft Excel) would be highly regarded.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
