Our client is a not for profit organisation assisting people and their community with their needs in aged care, community and disability support services. With operations all over Queensland this organisation has a new vacancy for a Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team.

**About the Role**
- Administering claims and processing payments and reconciliations for client files
- Investigate variances in payment claims and recommend required action
- Process monthly Plan Management financial administration fee
- Track and plan end dates and manage the transition to the new plan period
- Generate monthly statements for Plan Management clients in coordination with the Accounts Payable Officer
- Support Accounts Payable Officer to clear any backlog of invoices for Plan Management clients

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you’ll have demonstrated experience in a similar role, and any prior experience in aged care, health care or not for profit will be highly regarded. You will have experience using Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent time management and task planning skills. Strong communication skills needed and the ability to work autonomously.
