Permanent job as an Accounts Officer in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.

This well-established property management company is seeking an Accounts Officer to join their fast-paced team of 3.

**Your new role**

Your key duties will include,
- Assisting in the Financial Management of 1000 Body Corporate Bank Accounts
- Completing Accounts Payable & Receivable tasks
- Processing end of month rollover including processing management fee and recoveries
- Processing Levy payments
- Preparation of financial statements and budgets
- Data Entry
- Insurance renewals
- Send levy notices

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this role, you will have experience in a similar role in accounts payable and accounts receivable and be able to manage a high volume of work. You will also be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure and work well within a team.
