**About the Role**:
This role involves managing product sourcing, cost negotiations, and supplier relationships to improve margins, maintain quality, and enhance speed to market. You will also lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement product sourcing strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
- Oversee the entire product sourcing and supply lifecycle, ensuring speed to market.
- Manage cost negotiations and supplier compliance with ethical sourcing policies.
- Work closely with leadership on business growth and financial targets.
- Streamline processes to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in Product Sourcing, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in forecasting and reporting.
- Expertise in managing international and local supply chains.
- Leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in Schoolwear is preferred but not essential.
- Must have a current driver’s licence and be available for international travel.
