At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of maintenance requests across our sites. - Contractor liaison: Coordinate with established contractors or source new providers as needed to address maintenance tasks.
- Progress monitoring: Track the status of work orders to ensure timely completion and quality of service.
- Request management: Oversee outstanding maintenance tasks, obtain quotes, and present recommendations for capital expenditure (CAPEX) consideration.
- Budget alignment: Ensure all quotes and maintenance plans align with allocated budgets and escalate where necessary.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a facilities, property, or operations coordination role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making.
- A proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and basic budgeting principles.
