**About the role**:
Working on the** Deposit Solutions desk in NAB Markets**, the role will assist in management and executing of our key customer Term Deposit needs. The role has a high degree of direct client interface and deal execution/administration. Key attributes will include the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner, to be efficient in workflow management, and work in a team-based environment.

The role will also provide you with the opportunity to proactively develop technical capabilities and take ownership of a customer experience across the broader Markets division.

**Your key responsibilities will include although not limited to**:

- Management of customer Term Deposit relationships
- Assisting with the smooth running of the team by following up on inquiries and liaising with product areas, dealers, bankers, clients and operations as required
- Maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing the right solutions for individual customer cash flow needs.
