The Lancemore Hotel Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our marketing team as a **Marketing Associate**. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our hotels. You will work closely with our Group Director of Marketing & Communications and other key members of the team, supporting various marketing activities and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

As a Marketing Associate, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects, gain exposure to different marketing channels and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. **About the role**:

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Work with external agencies on creative ads and blogs.
- Support the organization and coordination of promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Help maintain and update the company's website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

**About you**:

- Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software and content management systems.
- Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- A high level of creative skills and ability to manage your own time in a fast paced environment will be highly regarded.
