We’re hunting a junior digital designer to support our storytelling team with client tasks.

This contractor position is 5 days/wk (4-8 week contract, likely to extend). The hope is that we continue working together on a longer term basis.

**What will you be working on?**
- Designing themes & templates
- Creating marketing material - social posts, ads, etc.
- Brand identity projects

**What can you expect?**
- Collaborate with our growing community of web designers
- Our trust. We want you to take ownership of your work
- Learning & growth with Framer & no-code tools
- Work directly with Framer (our biggest client)
- Work remotely or from the office

**What do you need?**
- Solid design chops
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of no-code website builders
- Modern-day digital nomad skills (we work with tools like Notion, Google Workspace & Discord)
- A self starter attitude
- An enthusiastic and proactive creator that thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Bonus points**:

- The ability to work efficiently without worrying about exact perfection
- An interest for internet startups
- Having your own side hustle (as whack as it might be)
- Basic animation chops
- Being super competitive at Mario Kart

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
